This website (collectively, the “Suntos Website”) is owned and operated by Suntos Market Sdn Bhd. Your access to, and use of the materials contained in, the Suntos Website is conditional on your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notice and disclaimers contained in this document and elsewhere on the Suntos Website (“ Terms and Conditions”). Your use of the Suntos Website constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree with all of the terms and conditions you may not use this website.


  1. You must ensure that the details provided by you upon registration or at any time are correct, complete and up to date.
  2. All billing details, delivery and shipping address provided must be truthful and accurate.
  3. You are responsible for protecting your password and all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password.


  1. Prices, promotions and offers may vary between suntos.com.my and our store, and they are subject to change without notice.
  2. We reserve the right to cancel your order or cancel certain items from the order list upon failure to pay the total amount as stated in the order invoice.
  3. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion to accept, refuse, and cancel your orders for any reasons. In the event your order is cancelled, we will notify you through the contact information provided in your account.
  4. Some of products that ordered are NOT stated as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it is available at the moment. We will inform you as soon as received your order form.



  • The Self-Pickup in Store allows you to order items from our Website and pick them up at our store location:  No.54-60, JalanTiga, Pusat Bandar Sandakan. (See the map)
  • There’s no charge for Pickup in Store.
  • You will receive a pick up notice via Whatsapp once your order is ready for pick up. Please wait until you receive the pickup notification before you arrive at the store to pick up your items.
  • Please bring along your I/C and order number to present our staff for pick up your items.
  • Self-pickup time: Monday – Sunday (excluding public holiday), 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.


  • The delivery service is available for Sabah certain Town/City. (Sandakan, Kota Kinabalu, Tawau, Lahad Datu, Beluran, Kinabatangan, Telupid, Semporna)
  • Delivery charge will be shown upon you fill in the address on the checkout page.

Local Town Delivery Service (For Sandakan only)

  • This delivery service is only available to selected areas in Sandakan. Please refer to “Sandakan Delivery Area List”.
  • You can select your delivery area, date and time slot (1:00 pm – 5:00 pm) during check-out page.
  • Our delivery staff has a 5 minutes waiting time. After arriving at the delivery address, we will call the customer/receiver’s mobile number.
  • In certain areas, we may offer unattended delivery options. If such options are available in your area, separate terms and conditions will be presented to you before you agree to accept such delivery.
  • We do not deliver to walk-ups (a building without an elevator or a lift) above the 1st In the event of a broken elevator, we also do not ask our delivery staff to carry groceries more than 1 floor. This limitation exists only to protect the health of our delivery staff. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.


  1. If you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased such as faulty goods, expired, wrong size or color, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving product via “Contact Us” page or WhatsApp/WeChat at 018-986 2633. You can choose one of the following refund/return options.
  2. Any products returns must be in original packaging with price tag still attached with the products, unused, unwashed conditions and have not been consumed.
  3. The product that you returned can only be replaced with another product from our store. In the event the returned product and the replacement product do not have the same monetary value, we will refund the difference or you are required to pay the difference.
  4. We also will proceed to refund if the exchange product is unavailable.
  5. We reserve the rights to reject your product returns in the event it did not meet any of the above terms.

  1. We make an effort that the descriptions and pictures are as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the product description and pictures are accurate, complete, reliable, current, error-free. With this, if a product is not as described, you can return it in unused condition. By confirming your purchase at the end of the check out process, you agree to accept and pay for the items you ordered.
  2. All Products image shown are for illustration purpose only. Actual product, sizes and colors may vary due to product enhancement.


All materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, and other materials that are part of this website (collectively the Contents) are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may download or copy the contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the site for your personal use.


We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without notice at any time.  Your use of our Suntos Website following such changes constitutes your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.
