1. How do I start shopping?
For new customer, please register a free account and login to our website and start shopping. The purpose of registering with us is to ensure that we deliver to your area and also allows us to show you the correct product and delivery information.
2. What products do you sell on your online store?
Our online store has thousand products, including food, beverages, household supplies, kitchen essentials, personal care, fashion, stationery, school uniforms and etc.
3. How do I find a particular product in your store?
Find the product you want by browsing the category and enter the keyword in the search bar. If you cannot find your particular product, you can use the “Contact Us” page to specify the name of the product you are looking for. Our staff would love to hear from you.
4. Should retail prices in store be the same as online?
Prices, promotions and offers may vary between suntos.com.my and our store, and they are subject to change without notice.
5. Do you offer delivery services?
Yes, there are 2 types of delivery options: (see more info)
- Pickup in Store
- Home/Office Delivery
- PICKUP IN STORE
The Self-Pickup in Store allows you to order items from our Website and pick them up at our store location: No.54-60, JalanTiga, Pusat Bandar Sandakan. There’s no charges for Pickup in Store.
- HOME/OFFICE DELIVERY SERVICE
Currently, the delivery service is available for Sabah certain Town/City. (Sandakan, Kota Kinabalu, Tawau, Lahad Datu, Beluran, Kinabatangan, Telupid, Semporna) Delivery charge will be shown upon you fill in the address on the checkout page.
6. Does the price on the website include GST (Goods and Services Tax)?
According to the announcement of the Malaysian government, effective 1 June 2018, the the Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be reduced from the current 6% to 0%.
